BOBBY KENNEDY — DIRECTOR OF CAPITAL

With a distinguished career encompassing roles in tier 1 property developers and successful management of his own developments, Bobby bolsters Fathom Group’s acquisition and capital raising endeavours. His track record spans across small and large-scale projects throughout Australia, demonstrating his proficiency in navigating the complexities of the industry. Bobby’s extensive network of capital groups positions Fathom Group for continued success, and his mastery in complex problem-solving and joint venture structuring is invaluable to the business.

Luke has a diverse background in the Built Form contracting space, executing under all contract forms delivering Commercial, Industrial, Fit Out & Refurbishment arenas. His understanding of Project and Development Management is diverse, he has delivered major projects such as land developments and complex land/civil rehabilitation projects, including sensitive client-side Project Management contracts.

Jake brings a strong mix of technical expertise and development experience to Fathom. With a civil engineering background and experience working across both consultancy and developer-side roles, Jake brings a strong understanding of how projects come together from planning and design through to delivery. Jake expands our capacity in land development through his work across a diverse mix of land and built form projects. He is known around the office for his practical mindset, technical capability and ability to keep projects moving.

JESS STAINISTREET — PROJECT MANAGER

Jess is a project manager and registered architect with experience client-, consultant- and builder-side in both the public and private sectors. With a strong background in residential projects, she most recently worked on complex capital works at the Museum of Old and New Art (MONA) in Tasmania. From inception to delivery, Jess adds value to each stage of the project lifecycle with a balance of pragmatism, design integrity and financial prudence. 

Chris brings to the team more than two decades of experience across construction, development and project delivery, having worked across residential, retirement living, commercial and mixed-use projects. With a background as both a registered builder and client-side project manager Chris understands what it takes to move projects from early planning and design right through to construction and completion. Chris brings a calm and practical approach, building strong relationships, leading teams effectively and keeping projects moving to achieve great outcomes.

Lillian is currently studying Property Development, Investment and Valuation at RMIT and is building her industry experience as a Cadet at Fathom. She brings curiosity, enthusiasm and a strong interest in understanding how great projects come together. Lillian is enjoying expanding her knowledge across the property industry and supporting the Fathom team on our Built-to-Rent projects, gaining exposure across different stages of development while continuing to grow her skills and experience

Adele is a Chartered Accountant and has over 15 years working for property developers on projects across Australia. She understands complex development ownership structures and takes a lead role in financial management and reporting for the business and our clients.
