JOHN GRIGG — DIRECTOR
John brings solid project experience to Fathom Group with a career across all sides of property development. He has worked for contractors, developers and project management consultants in Australia and Europe, and holds both a tertiary degree in Construction Management [Deakin] and a Graduate Certificate in Property [RMIT].
MATT MATTISKE — DIRECTOR
With over 20 years’ experience in the property and construction industry, Matt is a highly skilled development director with extensive involvement in all stages of the development process — from initial feasibility and master planning; all design phases including conceptual design; through to end delivery.
BOBBY KENNEDY — DIRECTOR DEVELOPMENT
With a distinguished career encompassing roles in tier 1 property developers and successful management of his own developments, Bobby bolsters Fathom Group’s acquisition and capital raising endeavours. His track record spans across small and large-scale projects throughout Australia, demonstrating his proficiency in navigating the complexities of the industry. Bobby’s extensive network of capital groups positions Fathom Group for continued success, and his mastery in complex problem-solving and joint venture structuring is invaluable to the business.
LUKE VELLA — PROJECT MANAGER
Luke has a diverse background in the Built Form contracting space, executing under all contract forms delivering Commercial, Industrial, Fit Out & Refurbishment arenas. His understanding of Project and Development Management is diverse, he has delivered major projects such as land developments and complex land/civil rehabilitation projects, including sensitive client-side Project Management contracts.
MICHAEL SCAIFE — PROJECT MANAGER
With a diverse career spanning design, contracting and project management, Michael brings his strong delivery experience to Fathom Group. He is architecturally trained with an eye for detail with strengths in coordinating consultant teams and contractors and realising the common goal of successfully delivering complex projects.
JESS STANISTREET — PROJECT MANAGER
Jess is a project manager and registered architect with experience client-, consultant- and builder-side in both the public and private sectors. With a strong background in residential projects, she most recently worked on complex capital works at the Museum of Old and New Art (MONA) in Tasmania. From inception to delivery, Jess adds value to each stage of the project lifecycle with a balance of pragmatism, design integrity and financial prudence.
ADELE ASHMORE — GROUP ACCOUNTANT
Adele is a Chartered Accountant and has over 15 years working for property developers on projects across Australia. She understands complex development ownership structures and takes a lead role in financial management and reporting for the business and our clients.
